I was nervous about engaging a contractor what with all the stories you see in the news... but a bathroom reno with plumbing and electrical was something I needed professionals to do. Magic Reno as the Contractor, and Ivan and Illya as my lead tradesmen, did a great job. There was also plumbers and an electrician (didn't get their names) but the work was done promptly and I'm so very happy with the result. The team brought my "eclectic" design to life and did so quickly, but with significant care and attention to detail, at a very reasonable price. We needed a bathroom renovation, and Magic Reno was one of the places we consulted. However, we didn't choose Magic Reno in the end, just because we got a cheaper offer from a different contractor. Otherwise, they were a super close second choice, and I was genuinely so impressed from the consult that I had to leave this review. In terms of costs, pricing was all super reasonable. They offered a winter discount as well and even offered to throw in a free ventilation fan for us. I sincerely appreciated how transparent they were with the pricing. The quote provided broke everything down, and there was even a section to show pricing for optional add-ons / upgrades. Also a special thanks to Platon, as he was the one we communicated with during consultation and for the quote. He was super patient with us, and he was very knowledgeable in his recommendations for how our bathroom could be renovated. He showed us some previous works and explained the materials that would be used, and everything seemed to be of excellent quality. I recently used magic reno to put in a new bathroom in my basement. They were all professional and did great work. Special thanks to Pavel for fixing things in my house that weren't even part of the renovation. I would definitely recommend using them for any future renovations.
