Woodbridge Luxury: Floor-to-Ceiling Porcelain Slabs & Custom Spa
Project Overview:
This project, located in the Woodbridge & Kleinburg area, represents the pinnacle of our “Luxury Renovation” Package.
The homeowner’s goal was a “Monolithic” aesthetic—a seamless stone look with zero visual clutter. As a Turnkey Renovation, Magic Reno managed the entire logistics chain: from transporting massive 5×10 porcelain panels to the precise installation of the custom glass and millwork.

Large Format Tile (LFT) Installation: We installed Gauged Porcelain Panels from floor to ceiling. This requires specialized suction equipment and advanced leveling systems that standard tilers simply do not possess.

The “Mitered” Niche: Instead of plastic trims, we used 45-degree miter cuts (Jolly cuts) on all external corners. The result is a sharp, continuous stone edge that flows perfectly into the custom-fabricated niche.

Slab Ceiling: To create a true “box of stone,” we adhered porcelain slabs to the shower ceiling—a complex structural task requiring specialized anchoring for safety and longevity.
Spa Features & “Breathe Easy” Upgrades:
- Hydrotherapy: We installed a Delta Shower System (Champagne Bronze) featuring a therapeutic Body Jet array and Rain Head.
- Humidity Control: The matte black Electric Towel Warmer isn’t just for comfort. It aligns with our “Breathe Easy” standards, rapidly drying towels to reduce moisture and prevent mold growth in the wet room.
- Custom Epoxy Grout: We used a custom-tinted Azure Epoxy Grout. Unlike cement, it is non-porous and stain-proof, ensuring the color blends seamlessly with the stone veins forever.
Custom Millwork:
- Makeup Studio: A floating vanity with a dedicated lower-tier makeup table and integrated LED lighting.
- Smart Storage: A custom side-tower and mirrored medicine cabinet maximize space without cluttering the floor.
