Renovating a bathroom in Mississauga often means dealing with outdated layouts from the 90s/00s. For this project, the goal was clear: remove the bulky bathtub and restrictive bulkhead to create an airy, spa-inspired walk-in shower.
We combined structural changes with high-end organic textures—specifically fluted (ribbed) white oak and brushed gold fixtures—to create a space that feels double its original size.

We moved away from standard flat cabinets. The custom floating vanity features fluted white oak detailing, adding architectural texture and warmth. A matching floor-to-ceiling linen tower maximizes vertical storage.
To complement the warm wood, we utilized a cohesive Brushed Gold finish for all plumbing and hardware. These gold accents act as the “jewelry of the room” against the white marble backdrop.
By removing the heavy drop-ceiling bulkhead above the shower, we exposed the full room height. This allowed us to run large-format tiles to the ceiling, instantly modernizing the space.
