This renovation project in Etobicoke demonstrates how a targeted update can completely transform the look and feel of a bathroom without a full gut renovation. The scope focused on revitalizing the wet zone and vanity area. We replaced the old shower and vanity with a stunning new combination featuring dramatic green onyx-look tiles and matte black accents. The result is a vibrant, modern space achieved through strategic upgrades.

Key Features & Solutions:

Shower Zone Transformation: The main focus was the shower area. We installed striking green onyx-effect porcelain tiles paired with a feature wall of vertical green subway tiles, creating a rich, layered texture.
New Shower Floor: The floor replacement was concentrated strictly in the shower zone. We installed a fresh, slip-resistant tiled shower base with a modern square drain, ensuring proper drainage and a clean look.
30-Inch Modern Vanity: We replaced the old cabinetry with a stylish 30-inch freestanding vanity in a deep teal/green finish. Topped with a pure white countertop and rectangular sink, it perfectly complements the shower tiles without overcrowding the room.

LED Smart Mirror: Above the vanity, we installed a sleek rectangular LED mirror with rounded corners. Its integrated backlighting creates a soft, modern glow that enhances the ambiance, while the touch-sensor controls add a high-tech, convenient touch to the daily routine.
Matte Black Fixtures: To modernize the space, we updated all plumbing fixtures to sleek matte black. This includes the shower system with a handheld wand, the vanity faucet, and the tub filler.
Smart Storage: Instead of a built-in niche, we installed sleek matte black corner shelves. This solution provides ample storage for toiletries without compromising the integrity of the walls or requiring complex framing.
Glass Enclosure: A new glass panel and door with black hardware showcase the beautiful tile work and keep the space feeling open.
